Improvements:
- Allow viewing topics even if marks have not already been loaded

Bugs fixed:
- Fix invasive scroll bars hiding text in subject, document or timetable items
- Fix first term is always used for average in the subject screen
- Fix "Load marks" button showing up every time the main screen is resumed

This is an unofficial client for the Mastercom Workbook, a tool for school students.

Features:
- Login support for many schools.
- Subjects: calculates averages and needed marks, creates graphs and shows topics.
- Marks: shows all marks in a list or in a graph, and calculates the overall average.
- Documents: find and download documents.
- Timetable: view the timetable of school days.
